THANK A TRUCKER CAMPAIGN . Truck drivers along the N18 are currently experiencing a different treatment as they are being appreciated for their efforts in ensuring seamless and consistent transportation of basic goods to different countries. This follows an initiative by the National Department of Transport in collaboration with the Trans Kalahari Corridor Secretariat, Namibia's National Road Safety Council and the Walvis Bay Corridor Group in launching the "Thank a Trucker" campaign. The campaign is currently under way on the N18 road towards the Ramatlabama border to Botswana, led by the joint law enforcement authorities and road safety officials. END Next Articles+ |
